City Without Walls: This Is The Day!

A middle-aged woman's journal chronicling her effort to forsake the sin of gluttony in order to glorify God in every area of her life.

The blog title, City Without Walls, was taken from Proverbs 25:28 which reads:

"He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls."

For too long I've had no rule over my own spirit, but have overindulged myself and have all but squandered the good health the Lord has blessed me with. I've preferred the sin of gluttony over biblical self-control. This is my attempt, through the Lord's enabling, to walk in repentance.
